Wallenstein Room

Dedicated to the initiator of the construction of the modern ducal residence. Its location in the northern wing is not accidental, it is conditioned by historical reasons, as it is located in the oldest part of the palace known since the time of Duchess Dorota as the Wallenstein Wing. In this way, the connection with the historically renowned figure in Europe was emphad, giving the local ducal residence additional significance and, as it was believed at the time, a touch of "romanticism".
